The financial industry was built by men, for men. For decades, the language of investing, the imagery of wealth, and the gatekeepers of financial education have all pointed to one demographic \u2014 and it wasn’t women. The result? A deep, systemic confidence gap that has nothing to do with intelligence and everything to do with exclusion.
Women are told to \”just start investing\” without acknowledging the real barriers: lower lifetime earnings, career breaks for caregiving, and a financial media landscape that often talks down to them or ignores them entirely.
